The ADF-400 is a conveyor model to offer your insectary an inline Automatic Diet Filler. The operator places any of our trays on the white food grade belt while the belt is moving from the left to right. An infra red sensor senses the presence of a tray on the belt. Other mechanical switches sense the group of cells in the trays and gives a fill command to the diet pump. After the diet is dispensed, a signal is sent to the conveyor feed to start the conveyor moving to the right. The machine stops the conveyor precisely under the filling heads and the fill cycle starts again. Four times the conveyor stops to allow the diet pump to fill the trays with the preset volume of diet.

The ADF-400 is 74" long, 30" deep, and 48" tall. It may be ordered in either 110 V or 220 Volts. Current drawn is under 15 Amps. The ADF-400 is supplied with a castered cart for easy positioning in your insectary. A 6' safety grounded power cord is supplied. The ADF-400 is supplied with a ground fault interrupt circuit protection. A duplex 110 V outlet is supplied on 110 Volt models only. Electrical panel is accessible only from the back of the machine.

The ADF-400 also allows for manual filling of trays and the conveyor may be removed for moving or storage. The conveyor and the cart are all clear anodized aluminum. The ADF- 400 is all stainless steel and black anodized aluminum. The ADF-400 is shipped separate from the conveyor in an individual shipping crate. Some assembly is required and adequate instructions are supplied.
